Hola, from Spain!

It all began when I moved to Sevilla to work as an ESL teacher. There is so much yummy food there, from traditional tapas of spinach and chickpeas (espinaca con garbanzos) to more modern fusion dishes like buttery and flaky hake with almond slices and creamy cauliflower cous cous. My taste buds were in for more of an adventure than my sensibilities! I’m now based in Madrid where the food is not quite as adventurous but equally as yummy, and it is my mission to find, learn and report on delicious Spanish and international cuisine… as healthily as possible, of course!
